We review correction requests that include a URL, the disputed claim, and a reliable source.

How to request a correction

  1. Email [email protected].
  2. Include the BenchUX article URL.
  3. Quote the sentence or table row that needs review.
  4. Include the official source, documentation page, or other evidence.

What happens next

If the correction is valid, we update the article and preserve a clear editorial trail through updated dates, source notes, or revised wording where appropriate.

What qualifies as evidence

  • Official pricing pages, help docs, release notes, and legal policy pages.
  • Public vendor documentation or source pages that readers can verify.
  • Clear screenshots or archived pages when a vendor has recently changed a claim.
